Ingredients
2 oz. Smoked Salmon
4 Egg Whites
1/4 cup , Sweet Peppers
1 Roma Tomato
Tablespoon Red Onion

The Process
Turn stove to medium heat and warm a medium sized skillet with a dash of cooking spray or olive oil
Dice the tomato, sweet peppers and red onion and mix all with the egg whites in a small bowl
Dump all ingredients into the heated skillet and cook until eggs are to your liking
Serve on a plate or bowl, and place the smoked salmon on top
